Look no further than the Sandpiper, located upstairs at Maxwelton Braes Lodge, for a hearty, home-cooked meal at affordable prices. The Sandpiper opened for the season on May 6. Breakfast will be served 7 am – noon daily (closed May 9, 16 & 23). Rosemary will showcase her new breakfast specialties including a stuffed hash brown omelet, French toast kabobs, and Kristi’s sweet potato pancakes with real maple syrup.
Sandpiper will introduce its new lunch menu on Memorial Day weekend, served daily 12 – 2 pm. The new menu features soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and the famous Sandpiper walleye sandwich or walleye basket served with French fries and creamy coleslaw.
