Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese Hosts Open House

Chris Roelli will be at the open house from 10 am – 12 pm on August 18.

Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese announces an open house with notable cheesemakers Chris Roelli and Marieke Penterman is set for August 18.

Roelli is the head cheesemaker at Roelli Cheese Haus in Schullsburg, Wis., and will be at the store from 10 am – 12 pm. He is the creator of some of the most popular artisan cheeses currently made in America, including Dunbarton Blue, Red Rock, and Kingsley Bandaged Cheddar.

At 2 pm, Penterman, a representative from Holland’s Family Cheese in Thorp, Wis., will provide samples of their multi-award winning farmstead Gouda.

Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese is located at 7813 Highway 42 in Egg Harbor.
