Scottie Rally Holds 18th Annual Parade May 19

On May 19, the Door County Scottie Rally holds their 18th celebration and “Parade of Scots” in Baileys Harbor. The parade is led by the Clan  Donald Bagpipe and Drum Corps from 11:15 am to noon. They travel east on County F/EE, down Park Street to Highway 57 and return on County F/EE, arriving at the Baileys Harbor Town by 11:30 am.

While the parade is a highlight for many, the actual rally includes a full range of activities held at the Door County Scottie Rally headquarters on Juniper Ridge Road. Registration is required to attend the rally, which includes lunch and a full day of Scottish Terrier interaction. This year’s faculty includes national competitors in grooming, obedience, agility, conformation and a panel of Scottish Terrier breeders.
