Segway the Door Hits 100-day Streak

On Sept. 8 Segway the Door Tours (STDT) successfully completed 100 straight days of guided Segway tours in Door County. The last day without a tour was May 31.

“We try our best not to miss an opportunity to provide this fun activity to those that want to glide on the Segway,” said Nick Dokolas, owner and founder of Segway the Door Tours.

Established in 2005 and based out of Fish Creek, STDT is the oldest guided Segway tour company in Wisconsin. To date it has provided guided Segway tours for more than 25,000 customers.

STDT operates year round offering tours, parties and events. It employs eight friendly tour guides who are prepared to keep people safe on the tour company’s fleet of Segway PTs.
