Seminary Professor Speaks at Church of the Atonement

Prof. Steven Peay of Nashotah House Seminary will speak at 7 pm, Sept. 13, on “Being Oned with God: An Approach to Anglican Spirituality.”

Holder of a doctorate from Saint Louis University, he is research professor of homiletics and church history at Nashotah. After leaving monastic life at Saint Vincent Archabbey in 1994, he devoted himself to parish work for 15 years in Madison and Wauwatosa, while continuing to research, write and teach. He is a priest of the Episcopal Diocese of Albany. Father Peay’s research has focused on the American religious experience, its movements and ecclesial expressions.
