Server of the Week: Toni Stitch

Congratulations to Toni Stich

Server/Bartender at the English Inn, Fish Creek, WI

Of all the servers we’ve featured over time,

aren’t many quite as versatile; she’s one of a kind.

She talks of cooking and canning with a smile that just gushes,

and has raised 18 sled dogs for silent winter mushes.

While at the Inn she humbly says, “s’pose I could start confessing.

Besides the serving I make chowder and help Randy with bacon dressing.”

“I love working for Randy and Lisa, I truly must confide.

Need anything for the job, just ask them, they’ll provide.”

She’ll be on vacation very soon for some California sunshine.

But it won’t be all time to play, as she learns about wine.

Toni loves the life she has whether working or at play.

“It’s cool!” She says, “But just like everyone else, a few detours along the way.”
