Set 2020 Intentions In Metal with Roots Yoga

Begin 2020 with intention by joining Roots Yoga, 400 2nd St. in Algoma, for the 2020 Intentions in Metal Workshop on Dec. 14, 10:30 am – 12 pm. Through various activities including guided meditation, participants will choose a mantra to inspire them throughout the year. Then art instructor Jodi Haack will help stamp it in metal to make a piece of jewelry that will serve as a daily reminder. Yoga stretches will also be offered throughout. 

The workshop is open to ages 14 and older, and no experience is necessary. Yoga mats and props will be provided, or take your own.The cost is $25 per person. Space is limited; register at rootsyogamindbody.com.
