Sevastopol Meeting with Wis-DOT

The Town of Sevastopol will meet with the Department of Transportation on Friday, Feb. 4, to discuss future plans for safety and traffic flow on state trunk Highway 42/57. The town is trying to understand options regarding the increasing activity around the town’s commercial corridor, said Amy Flok, town clerk, and looking for ways to keep community safety a priority.

“This will be an ongoing issue and this is our first meeting with the DOT,” Flok said.

The informational Zoom meeting will start at 1 pm at the Sevastopol Town Hall, 4528 State Highway 57. The meeting is for informational and educational purposes only and no formal action will be taken. For more information, go to the town’s website at townofsevastopol.com.
