Sevastopol Students Receive AMVET Award

AMVETS Post 51 awarded prizes to Sevastopol School students for participating in the AMVETS Americanism flag poster contest, a program the organization offers schools and youth organizations to teach children in kindergarten through fifth grade about civics and citizenship. The program encourages grade-specific, age-appropriate flag coloring and poster design through a series of contests at the local and state levels.
