Sheri Ackerman Retires from Bank of Luxemburg

Sheri Ackerman (left) retires from Bank of Luxemburg after 16 years. Tracy Everard (right) will be promoted to take Ackerman’s place.

After 39 years in banking, Sheri Ackerman – a Bank of Luxemburg loan sales officer – will retire on July 3. She’s spent the last 16 years at the bank’s Algoma location. Before her current role, Ackerman was the branch manager of the Algoma location, which she helped to open in 2003.

Bank of Luxemburg relationship banker Tracy Everard will be promoted to replace Ackerman. She has been with the bank for nearly two years and has 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
