The Rotary Club of Sturgeon Bay will present its 26th annual Shipyard Tour on May 4. For one day each year, Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding and CenterPointe Yacht Services open their doors for public tours, and for the first time, advance tickets will be available for online purchase.

Tours departing from Fincantieri Bay Ship Shipbuilding and CenterPointe Yacht Services will begin at 9 am, and the last tour group must be in line by 1:15 pm. This tour requires a considerable amount of walking, standing and climbing steps.

After the tours, guests may visit the Door County Maritime Museum, where maritime lovers can learn even more about shipbuilding history. Each Shipyard Tour ticket includes half-off admission to the museum on both May 4 and 5.

To guarantee a ticket and secure early-bird pricing of $15 per person, visit sturgeonbayrotaryclub.org to purchase tickets in advance. A limited number of tickets will be available. Beginning April 27, adult tickets will cost $20 each, and children’s tickets (for ages 11 to 17) will remain $7 each.
