Shredding and Recycling Day for Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Residents

All residents, business owners or operators, and property owners in the Village of Sister Bay and the Town of Liberty Grove are encouraged to participate in a prescription-drug drop-off (for unused or outdated pills), paper-shredding (to a limit of five bankers’ boxes per household or business), and appliance/computer-component recycling day on July 13, 9 am – 1 pm, in the parking lot at the Liberty Grove Town Hall, 11161 Old Stage Road.

Recycling fees apply to some materials such as small appliances, monitors and more. Fees must be paid before large items will be placed on the truck.

Because of the overwhelming past response, people from other municipalities may not participate. Direct questions about the medication drop-off to Chief Deputy McCarty at 920.746.2400. Direct questions about shredding and appliance/computer-component recycling to the staffs at the Sister Bay Village Office at 920.854.4118 or the Liberty Grove Town Hall at 920.854.2934.
