Sievers School of Fiber Arts marks its 43rd year of teaching classes in weaving, knitting, quilting, basketry, surface design, beadwork, paper arts, dyeing, wearables, woodcarving and more starting June 2. The school welcomes all levels of adult students to spend uninterrupted time learning from knowledgeable, encouraging instructors in a tranquil setting. More than 40 classes are scheduled through October.
The Sievers Shop, located in a schoolhouse built in 1890, offers jewelry, baskets, handwovens, home accessories, gifts and more created by 80-plus artists.
