Singing Men of Oak Brook Take Sturgeon Bay

The Singing Men of Oak Brook are coming to the Sturgeon Bay and Jacksonport United Methodist churches on Aug. 28. They’ll offer a concert during services at Jacksonport United Methodist Church at 9 am, located at 6154 Cave Point Drive in Jacksonport (near the corner of Cave Point Drive and Highway 57), and then at Sturgeon Bay UMC at 10:30 am, located at 836 Michigan St., Sturgeon Bay. All are welcome.

The Singing Men of Oak Brook came together in 1984 as a result of the vision and encouragement of the late Dr. Arthur DeKruyter, founding pastor of Christ Church of Oak Brook. From their beginning, the Singing Men have delighted and inspired audiences with concert performances in a wide variety of venues throughout Chicago, Wisconsin and Michigan.

The Singing Men of Oak Brook is a non-denominational men’s chorus of some 35 members who come from many walks of life and church affiliations.
