“Sip and Savor” Evenings at Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese

Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese will help Door County residents and visitors breeze through February with their “Sip and Savor” tasting evenings. Peter Kordon will host four events in February to familiarize the novice to expert in some incredible cheese and beverage pairings.

“Not Just for Men, a New Glarus Brewing Beers and Artisan Cheese Pairing” will take place Feb. 4; a special Valentine’s paring with dessert wines and artisan cheese will take place Feb. 11; “How About a Little Sparkly?” will feature artisan cheese and sparkling wine from the US, Italy, and Spain and take place Feb. 18; and “Door County’s Own Island Orchard Ciders” will take place Feb. 25.
