Sip and Savor Event Focuses on Wisconsin Beer and Cheese

Enjoy one of many Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese “Sip and Savor” tasting evenings on March 8 and 22. Beer is the perfect complement to Wisconsin Artisan Cheese, and at these tastings Wisconsin craft beers will be paired with artisan cheeses. This is a delicious way to learn how to create a cheese course for a gathering of friends and family. Guests will go home with information on how to host a sip and savor evening at home.

Peninsula Pulse’s very own Cheese Insider, Michael Thomas, will host the Sip and Savor events to help familiarize the novice to expert in cheese and beer pairings.

This event is free and held from 5 – 7 pm at their Egg Harbor location, 7813 Highway 42. The Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese Shop’s winter hours are Friday and Saturday 11 am – 3 pm.
