Sister Bay, Jacksonport Host Easter Egg Hunts

The hunt is on April 8 in Sister Bay and Jacksonport, where you can take your kids to hunt for Easter eggs and claim fun prizes.

The Jacksonport Area Business Association will host an Easter egg hunt for children aged 3-10 at Lakeside Park. Register near the back covered shelter beginning at 10 am; then children will be able to play prior to lining up at a rope barrier before the egg hunt starts at 10:30 am. Each child may find three eggs, then return them to a designated area where they will be invited to pick out three prizes.

Lynn Thorpe will also do free face painting as time allows, and the Easter Bunny will mingle for picture taking. This event is free, but donations are appreciated.

In Sister Bay, kids can hunt for colorful, candy-filled eggs, and everyone can get a picture taken with the Easter Bunny during the 15th Sister Bay Easter egg hunt. That hunt begins at 10:30 am at the Sister Bay Sports Complex baseball field, 2155 Autumn Court. Find one of the Golden Ticket eggs to win a special Easter prize basket. Participants should supply their own baskets or bags for collecting treats.

After the egg hunt, families may hop over to the Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Library to create a colorful spring craft.
