Sister Bay Moravian Church Hosting “Cowgirl Tea” for DOOR CANcer Fundraiser

To raise funds and awareness for DOOR CANcer, Inc., Sister Bay Moravian Church is sponsoring a “Cowgirl Tea” May 9, 1-3 pm at Sister Bay Moravian Church. Wickman House and Sweet Designs will cater the event with cowgirl grub:  BBQ sandwich, home fries, baked beans, haystacks, mini corn muffins with honey butter, boot cookies, apple caramel cake, buttermilk prune coffee cake and iced tea. The featured speaker is Wisconsin’s own National Cowgirl Hall of Famer Elaine Kramer, whose career of Roman riding, a form of horseback trick riding with multiple horses, put her alongside Dale Evans and Annie Oakley in the Hall of Fame.

Attendees can wear cowgirl duds or not. The cost is $20, this includes one door prize ticket. Reservations needed by May 1; contact Cheryl Lubahn at 920.246.6459 or [email protected]. Sister Bay Moravian Church is located at 10924 Old Stage Road.
