Skalka Publishes Final Installment of Cubiak Mystery Series

Author Patricia Skalka will chat with bibliophiles and sign copies of her books during a celebration of the publication of Death Casts a Shadow – the seventh and final installment in her Dave Cubiak Door County Mystery Series – on July 30, 10 am – 12 pm, at Novel Bay Booksellers, 44 N. 3rd Ave. in Sturgeon Bay.

Skalka began the series in 2014 with Death Stalks Door County, and ever since, she’s gained loyal followers who are eager to read the next tale of Cubiak’s adventures as the county sheriff. The fan base expands every year as more readers discover Skalka’s well-crafted stories of murder and intrigue set in a place with which so many are familiar.
