Skin Cancer is Next Topic for Community Health Information Program

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry continues its Community Health Information Programs with an upcoming presentation on skin cancer on Nov. 1 at 4 pm at First Baptist Church, Sister Bay. Paul Stover, MD, of Forefront Dermatology (formerly Dermatology Associates), will discuss the early warning signs of skin cancer. When performed regularly, monthly skin self-examinations can alert people to changes in skin and aid in the early detection of skin cancer.

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry offers free blood pressure screenings beginning at 5 pm at the monthly Loaves & Fishes Meal on the fourth Tuesday of each month at St. Rosalia Church, and 8:15 – 10:15 am on the second Tuesday of the month at the YMCA in Fish Creek.
