Slow Flow Yoga, Community Meditation At Studio234

Beginning Jan. 14 at 8-8:30 am and continuing every Sunday, Sturgeon Bay’s STUDIO234 will host community meditations.

The goal of these meditations is to foster presence and compassion through the strength of community.  Bolsters and blankets are provided, and participants are invited to donate non-perishable food items.

Starting on Jan. 14, 8:30-9:20 am, STUDIO234 will host a wake-up slow flow yoga class led by local instructor Kaitlynn LePire.

Participants will practice active and passive poses at a slowed-down pace to gently wake the mind and body, and leave feeling more balanced and ready to start the week.

A $15 donation per class is suggested.

Pre-registration for both classes is recommended at doorcountystudio234.com.

STUDIO234 is located at 234 N. 3rd Ave. in Sturgeon Bay. The main entrance is in the back of the building, accessible from the alleyway. There is limited parking in the back courtyard, but additional parking is available on Third Avenue or in the corner lot of Kentucky Street and N. 4th Avenue.
