Slow Food Off To Fast Start at TAP

Third Avenue PlayWorks’ (TAP) production of Slow Food celebrated their opening night last Thursday with a packed house at the Kane Theatre. Written by Wendy MacLeod and directed by Jacob Janssen, the show features an all-local cast of Alan Kopischke, Doug Mancheski and Claire Morkin. 

When New York empty-nesters Irene and Peter head to Palm Springs to celebrate their big anniversary, they get stuck with Stephen, a highly neurotic waiter at the only open restaurant. Stephen proves to be a formidable obstacle to their marital bliss as he forces Peter and Irene to examine everything from their menu choices to their very future together.
