The popularity of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 504 Business Lending Partners program hit a new level two years ago. It allows businesses to invest in physical assets, purchase real estate, refinance debt, build new construction, undertake renovations and more.
And halfway through 2022, the program has already funded more than $8 million in program loans to businesses throughout Wisconsin. One of those is The Salty Seagull Miniature Golf in Sturgeon Bay. Others in northeast Wisconsin include Work Some More Basketball in Hobart and Feldstein Jewelers in Green Bay.
