“So Delicious So Door County” Celebrates Local Culinary Treats

As summer turns to fall, Door County prepares for a culinary celebration complete with fresh local produce, bustling farm markets, foodie tours and harvest festivals amidst a backdrop of beautiful fall colors.

Dubbed “So Delicious So Door County,” this eight-week celebration from Sept. 7 – Oct. 25 explores everything delicious in Door County. Visitor opportunities include traveling the Door County Wine Trail to sample selections from seven local wineries; sampling “Made in Door County” products like locally caught smoked fish; trying locally grown cherries and apples at over 30 markets and specialty food stores; attending a cooking class; or picking a pail of crunchy apples at an orchard.
