Son’s of the Never Wrong at Sturgeon Bay’s Martin Park

On Tuesday, August 3, Son’s of the Never Wrong will take the stage at Martin Park in Sturgeon Bay.

Sons of the Never Wrong are a folk trio from Chicago made up of Bruce Roper, Deborah Lader, and Sue Demel. The band has been creating original music for 15 years to a cult-like national following. They are decidedly eclectic, combining influences of folk, jazz, pop and rock, performing shows that appeal to audiences of all ages.

The Sons have performed with the likes of Dar Williams, Patti Griffin, Livingston Taylor, Nancy Griffith, Greg Brown, and Christine Lavin. They have played to sold-out venues from coast to coast, and are regular headliners at venues like the Old Town School of Folk Music in Illinois and the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts in California.

All concerts are free to the public and begin at 7 pm at Martin Park in Sturgeon Bay. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. In case of rain the concert will be held at the Ladder House in Sturgeon Bay.
