Native American artist and wisdom teacher Coleen Bins and musician and music producer Hans Christian are offering an event in February called Source & Spirit: A Journey to Creation and Creativity.
Bins, who owns Chief Oshkosh in Egg Harbor, will offer ceremony, personal reflections, healing and wisdom from her Oneida tradition with a focus on the theme of creation. Christian will take the audience on a sonic immersion using gongs and Tibetan bowls to lead to meditation and deep inner journeying. Together the artists seek to create a meditative, peaceful and inspiring experience during the months when, Christian said, “we tend to go inward.”
Participants will gather for the 90- to 120-minute experience on Feb. 2, 7 pm, at Studio 330, located at 330 N. Third Ave. in Sturgeon Bay, 920.421.2828. The cost is $20 per person; reservations are recommended. Purchase tickets at hanschristianmusic.com. This event is not suitable for children younger than 12.
