Southern Door Hosts Blood Drive Nov. 8

The Southern Door Student Council and the American Red Cross are sponsoring a blood drive Nov. 8, 9 am – 2 pm, at Southern Door High School, 2073 Cty DK in Brussels. The need for blood is constant, and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Most of us will need blood during our lifetime.

Anyone who is at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental permission), weighs at least 110 pounds and is in good health may donate blood. The parental permission form is available at redcross.org. Sign up at redcross.org, or call 920.825.7333. Walk-ins are welcomed, but the wait time may be longer.
