Southern Door Hosts Solo and Ensemble Festival

The Southern Door Music Department invites the community to see and hear the many musically talented students from Door County school districts when Southern Door hosts the Bay Area Music Association North Conference Solo and Ensemble Festival on Feb. 14, 3:30-6 pm; and Feb. 15, 8 am – 4 pm. Students from eight schools will compete in 417 performance events. Admission is free; arrive anytime during the festival to enjoy the performances. The Southern Door Music Boosters will host a concession area with a full menu on Feb. 15. The proceeds will benefit its scholarship fund, which helps student musicians to attend camps and college.
