Southern Door Names Co-Valedictorians, Salutatorian

Amanda Austin and Laura Zittlow have been named co-valedictorians of Southern Door High School’s Class of 2023, and Chloe Lustila has been named its salutatorian.

Austin, daughter of Timothy and Jennifer Austin, has maintained a 4.0 grade point average (GPA) and received the highest possible score on the ACT. She will attend Michigan Technological University and plans to major in electrical engineering and minor in astrophysics. She will also be part of the U.S. Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps with the intention of commissioning as an officer upon graduation. 

Zittlow, daughter of Mike and Sue Zittlow, has made high honor roll all seven semesters and is an AP Scholar. She will attend a four-year university, with plans to study biology and mathematics.

Lustila, daughter of Duane and Rachel Lustila, has maintained a 3.988 GPA and has been on the high honor roll her entire high school career. She will be attending UW-Green Bay with plans to study accounting.
