Spa at Sacred Grounds Hosts Yoga Workshop

The Spa at Sacred Grounds will host a Labor Day Weekend yoga workshop, “Connecting to the Practice of Yoga.” The workshop is led by Patti Coan, RYT 200. The two-day workshop features three interactive sessions. Session One is on Sept. 1, 9-11 am, and will explore the foundations of yoga. Session Two is also held 1-3 pm on Saturday and focuses on yoga for relaxation and finding your inner peace. Session Three is Sept. 2, 9-11 am, and focuses on yoga for youthfulness.
