Spaces Still Available for Therapy Dog Training Class

The Door County Humane Society (DCHS) invites all to register for Therapy Dog Training classes. Classes will begin Sept. 13 and the program consists of three classes. All classes are held Wednesday evenings at 6 pm and last for approximately one hour. The dates for this program are Sept. 13, 20 & 27. The cost of the program is $50 to attend all three classes. Spaces are still available. Those interested in registering for the program should contact Rachel, DCHS kennel coordinator at 920.746.1111 ext. 206. These classes will be led by trainer Ron Maloney and will take place at the DCHS main location at 3475 County PD. Participation in this program is a great way to prepare for the Therapy Dog test, which takes place Oct. 9 at DCHS.
