St. Paddy’s Day Book Sale

The Friends of Door County Libraries will hold a St. Patrick’s Day Book Sale, March 17, 9 am to 1 pm at the Sturgeon Bay Library.

This special Saturday event offers a chance to browse the thousands of categorized titles lining the shelves of the lower level Mel Madel Friends Room. From newer books by bestselling authors such as Clive Cussler, Janet Evanovich and Sue Grafton to various Tintin adventures and other children’s favorites, there is something for just about every reader’s taste and age. Other popular genres include history, baseball and the popular Foxfire series.

Another feature of this sale will be all small paperbacks available at a specially reduced price of 25 cents.

Proceeds from this and other Friends’ book sales offered throughout the year at the Sturgeon Bay Library help to fund programs and materials that benefit all eight Door County libraries. For more information call 920.743.6578.
