St. Peter’s Students Receive Awards from AMVETS

Bob Gamble (in back), AMVETS Post 51 vice commander, recently awarded prizes to St. Peter’s Lutheran School kindergarteners for their participation in the AMVETS Americanism Coloring Contest. They were (from left) Brynlee Haberli, third place; Josie Meyer, second place; and Aneliese Nasman, first place. The coloring work of local winners progresses to state contests, and state winners’ work is entered into the national competition.
