Stage Door Closes Reading Series with “Duet for One”

The final play in the November Stage Door Staged Readings Series is Duet for One by Tom Kempinski on Nov. 24 at 2 pm. Robert Boles and James Valcq direct the reading and the cast includes Claire Morkin and Valcq. The play tells the story of a famous concert violinist who is stricken with a disease which necessitates her retirement and threatens her marriage. An audience talk back will immediately follow the reading. Admission is free, but donations are accepted.

StageKids Theatre presents The Littlest Angel, adapted by Patricia Gray and based on the story by Charles Tazewell, on Dec. 13 at 7 pm & 14 at 2 pm.

This classic Christmas story tells of a little angel who cannot stay out of trouble in the celestial city. The mischievous angel learns the timeless lesson of giving. Directed by Amy Ensign, the cast of The Littlest Angel includes: Grace Alberts, Josh Augustson, Timmy Bee, Eli Chlubna, Dominic DiCarlo, Shaelee Fischer, Owen Ensign-Foulds, Molly Hall, Fred Hodges, Gordon Hodges, Hayden Hoffman, Jessica Jacobson, Simon Kopischke, Michaela Kraft, Mizuleyka McCarthy, Zeno McCarthy, Miller Minahan, Bennett Rabach, Megan Reeves, Isaiah Spetz, Samantha Spohn, Anika Jendein Steinbach, Merlin Walker, Jordyn Welch, Mekhi Welch and Elliona Wotachek.
