Stage Door Theatre Company Holds Open Auditions

Stage Door Theatre Company will hold general auditions on Feb. 3 (2 – 5 pm) and Feb. 4 (6 – 8 pm) for upcoming projects including a winter play reading series, Stage Door and StageKids productions. Auditions are open to anyone 16 years of age and up. To audition, prepare two contrasting monologues, no more than three minutes for both. Monologues may be memorized or read from a hand held text.

Also, StageKids is holding a series of classes through February. Students may sign up for a single class or a series of classes. Eight class sessions are scheduled for each of the following age groups: 5 – 8, 9 – 12, and 13 – 18. Each class is $20, or $15 when registering for four or more classes. Classes include Beginning Musical Theatre, Introduction to Stage and Film Acting, and Stage and Film Acting for Teenagers.
