StageKids Announce Audition Dates

Audition dates were recently announced for the StageKids production of The Birds Christmas Carol. Auditions are scheduled for Oct. 21, 1 – 3 pm; and Oct. 22, 5:30 – 7:30 pm.

The Birds Christmas Carol is the heartwarming and humorous story of Carol Bird, a joyous girl who plans to share her Christmas dinner with a rambunctious brood of neighbor children. Based on the holiday classic by Kate Douglas Wiggin, the new Third Avenue Playhouse (TAP) adaptation features music, mirth, and a message about the spirit of giving. The play is adapted by James Valcq, and will be directed by Amy Ensign.

StageKids is TAP’s new community theatre company featuring plays and workshops for children and teenagers.

Parts are available for children of all ages, teenagers, and adults; no prior sign up needed. Auditions will be held onstage at TAP, 239 North Third Avenue in Sturgeon Bay.

Performances will be held Dec. 14 at 7 pm and Dec. 15 at 2 pm.
