Stay Warm, Look Pretty

• DO wear a knit beret. There’s no arguing that a hat makes a great accessory to an already cute outfit, and the beret is the queen of the hat kingdom. The beret’s soft class gives a casual outfit a more finished look. It won’t leave you with hat head, and, let’s face it – few things are sexier than a red beret.
• DO buy something in leopard print. It can be a wallet, a pair of ballerina flats, or some earrings. Add some spice to your look this winter.
• DON’T believe that being warm always means bulky clothing. Opt for layers instead of busting out that puffy winter jacket with the fleece-lined pants on all occasions.
• DO buy yourself a pair of boots just below your knee, and in a neutral color, like brown or black. Boots give you flexibility with your outfits. You don’t need to retire dresses and skirts to the back of the closet as the temperature drops. You can wear a skirt or dress with leggings and boots.
