Steve Rank Awarded Heart of Hospitality

Steve Rank, the head of maintenance at the Edgewater Resort in Ephraim, earned the Heart of Hospitality award from IDM Hospitality Management. Heart of Hospitality award recipients are nominated by fellow employees for the honor which recognizes individuals who have exceeded expectations of hospitality and professionalism in all they do. In nominating Rank, fellow employees cited his always friendly attitude and a constant desire to go above and beyond for guests, most notably, shoveling paths to guests’ cars in the snowy days of winter.
