Stone Harbor Hosts Door County Home & Garden Expo

The Door County Home & Garden Expo is coming to the Stone Harbor Convention Center on March 23 and 24 to show people the latest trends in home building and remodeling. Highlights of the expo include exhibitors with information about remodeling, building, interior design, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, heating and air conditioning, energy, decks, landscaping and banking.

Seminars will run throughout the event. Saturday seminars include “Getting Your Construction Project Started,” “Financing and Coordinating the Payment Process of Your Construction Project,” and “Creating and Maintaining Your Backyard Pond.” Sunday seminars include “Getting Acquainted with Lesser Known & Very Useful Wisconsin Natives” and “Geothermal Heating and Cooling Systems”

Tahna Evers, of Door County Custom Cakes & Cookies, will demonstrate cookie decorating and give kids a chance to participate from 10 am – 2 pm on Saturday.

The Door County Home Builders Association (DCHBA) sponsors this event. The expo will be held 10 am – 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am – 4 pm on Sunday.
