Stoneman-Schopf Agency Purchases Baylake Insurance Agency

Baylake Bank recently announced an agreement was reached for Stoneman-Schopf Agency, Inc., to purchase its subsidiary, Baylake Insurance Agency, effective July 1.

Stoneman-Schopf Agency, Inc. is located at 209 Green Bay Road in Sturgeon Bay. “We see the purchase as an opportunity to combine resources, resulting in additional opportunities for all our insurance customers,” said Peter Stoneman, co-owner and agent for Stoneman-Schopf, Agency, Inc. “Baylake Insurance policies will transfer automatically on July 1, so there is nothing customers will need to do at this time,” he added.
