His deception dug a tunnel
that brought on the funnel.
While Mom and Dad fight,
the tornado rages with might.
The parents know the harm
while the child’s life is charmed.
They detect the danger, but…

The dark clouds role in
With destruction on their rim.
Mom wonders through her worry,
will he stand or will he scurry?
