Sturgeon Bay Artists On Display at Hope Church Gallery

Allison Rittle and Susan Hunsader, two Sturgeon Bay artists, will be featured at the Hope Church Gallery throughout August.

Rittle has been enamored with photography for her whole life, and began taking photographs in earnest at 13-years-old. She has displayed her artwork previously at Hope Church, and at the Miller Art Museum High School Salon of Art, where she has twice earned the award of excellence. She has a well-developed photography blog, visionfairy.wordpress.com. This year, Rittle developed her own photography business, Allison Joy Photography (allisonjoyphotography.com).

Hunsader works in mixed media including pastel, watercolor and oil. She credits Mary Bosman and Dianne Saron as influencing her style.

Hope Church Gallery, located at 141 South 12th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, is open Monday through Friday 9 am – 1 pm, and Sunday 9 am – 2 pm.
