Sturgeon Bay Breakfast Rotary Awards Seven Grants

During its June 4 meeting, the Sturgeon Bay Breakfast Rotary Club (SBBRC) awarded $500 grants to seven area nonprofits to support their services to the community. Club members nominated and voted on the recipients, which were the Boys & Girls Club of Door County, DOOR CANcer, DoorTran, Crossroads at Big Creek, Feed My People, Door County Habitat for Humanity and JAK’s Place.  

The SBBRC also sent $125 donations to the Southern Door, Sturgeon Bay, Sevastopol and Gibraltar high schools to support fine-arts programs.

SBBRC meets on Tuesdays, 7:15 am, at Hope United Church of Christ.
