Sturgeon Bay Farm and Craft Market “Vendor of the Week”

The City of Sturgeon Bay Farm and Craft Market has much more to offer than just fresh produce and hand crafted items. The market also features a large selection of specialty food products, such as this week’s Vendor of the Week, Patrick Bouche of Easy Street Meats.

Easy Street Meats has a large selection of custom specialty meats, including fresh sausage, smoked sausages, beef sticks and jerky as well as fresh produce. Bouche has been in business for approximately 13 years and has been a vendor at the market for over 10 years. He said his favorite part of the market is the variety of people he has had a chance to meet from all over the state and even other countries!

Bouche started his business to give people a taste of some of the old-fashioned flavors of yesterday. He makes a variety of products, from mild to spicy, and all 68 products available are state approved. He is always looking for a new item to add to his list and will make custom-made products if he doesn’t have what you’re looking for.

Bouche also has salsa, sauces and pickles, as well as fresh produce including tomatoes and peppers.

If you are unable to stop by and visit Easy Street Meats at the Saturday Morning Farm and Craft Market in Sturgeon Bay, you can always catch him at Easy Street Meats General Store in New Franken. They are located at 4811 N. County P and are open from 9 am to 6 pm Tuesday through Saturday.
