Sturgeon Bay Farm and Craft Market “Vendor of the Week”

This week’s vendor of the week, Charles Bordeau, has been in business for over 40 years and attending the Sturgeon Bay Farm and Craft Market for approximately 15 years, bringing customers home grown fruits and vegetables as well as jams, jellies and pickles.

The Bordeaus have been growing produce for as long as Charles can remember. They take pride in providing market goers with quality products at a reasonable price. With the implementation of the new pickle bill, Charles’s wife and daughter-in-law have been making pickles, applesauce, salsa, pickled beets, jams and jellies for customers.

With fall fast approaching, now would be the perfect time to stop by and check out their pumpkins and squash or maybe pick up some fresh apples. So, be sure to stop by and check out their weekly specials.

If you miss them at the Saturday Morning Farm and Craft Market, you can also catch them Tuesday evenings at the city’s market located at Martin Park. They also have roadside stands located at 5093 County TT and at 529 N. 8th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay. You can follow them on Facebook – Boredau’s Farm Market – for updates on what’s available and in season.
