Sturgeon Bay High School Reaches Fundraising Goal

Parents, students and other friends of the Sturgeon Bay High School performing arts program have been working to raise funds for a new state-of-the-art sound system for the SBHS Auditorium and are pleased to announce they have met their campaign goal. According to Justin Ranek, Choral Music and Auditorium Director, “This is very exciting for our Performing Arts program. We’ve needed new equipment for a long time. The system we have is nearly a decade old and there have been many technological advances and improvements in the sound industry over that time. We’re thrilled that within the next couple of months we’ll have a new digitalized system in place.” The Can You Hear Us Now?! campaign raised $47,000 from businesses, individuals and foundations.
