Sturgeon Bay Utilities to Add New 24/7 Kiosk

Sturgeon Bay Utilities will soon make bill paying safer and easier through a new kiosk at its office at 230 E. Vine Street. Construction is scheduled to start this month.

The kiosk – available 24/7 – will accept cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards. Additional lighting and security cameras are being added to the area for safety; the pavement will be marked every six feet to encourage social distancing; and it will have sanitizing cloths with which to wipe down the kiosk.

The current options of putting payments in the drop box at the utility’s office, banks and City Hall will remain in place, and payments can be made online, by mail and by phone. Automatic withdrawals can also be set up using a checking or savings account.
