Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center Announces Groovin’ Sisterhood Weekend

The Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center kicks off the spring season with a new event that caters to women embracing life, love and laughter through sharing, shopping, learning and rejuvenating. The Groovin’ Sisterhood weekend, April 25 – 27, is designed for women with a variety of activities, classes, entertainment and a little “me” time to shop, relax and rewind.

The Groovin’ Sisterhood experience will start Friday, April 25 with event registration, a wine and cheese tour followed by laugh therapy with comedian Holly Henson and crew.

Saturday is packed full with a variety of Funky Town classes from 9 am – 4pm, an American Woman fashion show, and concludes with the Dancing Queen Disco party.

Sunday features a tour of Sturgeon Bay’s many B&B’s, additional Funky Town sessions and free time to shop till you drop! Participants will be able to learn about home décor, craft a memento, visit a spa, take a city walk, learn some culinary tricks, get a new look for spring, and more.
