Summer Trunk Shows Continue at Patricia Shoppe

Patricia Shoppe of Egg Harbor continues their summer trunk show series with a one-week show with of Laura Tanner Jewelry (LTJ). LTJ is a newer collection to the shop but quickly became a customer favorite after last year’s trunk show, so the store wanted to give customers plenty of time to stop in and see the entire collection. Erin Bosman, owner of Patricia Shoppe, and Tanner met at a show in Chicago and she knew right away Tanner’s jewelry was a perfect fit for the shop.

“The quality of her work, her dedication to her community, and creating a line of jewelry that is classically beautiful yet trend-driven and affordably priced really reflects what Patricia Shoppe is known for,” Bosman said.

After earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in art history, Tanner realized making things was more fun than writing about them. So she found her way back to making jewelry, while also exploring new techniques and designs. She is drawn to the meditative, tactile, and often unpredictable process of creating jewelry, as well as to the innate natural beauty and subtle imperfections found in gemstones and metals.

Located just outside Chicago in Evanston, Ill., Laura Tanner Jewelry is dedicated to quality, artistry, green practices, community engagement, and keeping production based in the USA. The LTJ look is marked by the combination of exquisite gemstone beads and pearls with precious metals to create sophisticated, versatile jewelry that is contemporary and timeless.

The Laura Tanner Jewelry trunk show is July 28 – Aug. 4 at Patricia Shoppe. The trunk show special is 10 percent off any sale greater than $100 of LTJ jewelry. In addition, with each trunk show purchase customers will be entered into a drawing for a free piece. For more information visit patriciashoppe.com.
