Sunset Concert Series Begins with Corky Siegel and the Chamber Blues

Corky Siegel and the Chamber Blues will take the stage at the Peg Egan Performing Art Center’s Sunset Concert Series. The free concert will take place at the Peg Egan PAC on Church Street in Egg Harbor on June 27 at 7 pm.

Walking the line between Beethoven and B.B. King and armed with a creative genius and instrumental prowess that has defined his career for nearly four decades, Siegel has pioneered an original, genre-busting Chamber blues – a fresh, innovative sound.

Under Seigel’s lead, The West End String Quartet and percussionist Frank Donaldson complete the Chamber Blues Band. The performance will also feature an appearance by national touring artist Dorothy Scott.

The Peg Egan Center is an outdoor amphitheatre designed to introduce Door County and its visitors some of the best folk, blues, alternative, jazz, and world music from national touring artists. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The Ladder House and Double Delights will provide concessions. If rain or unpleasant weather occurs, the concert will be moved to the Paul J. Bertschinger Community Center in Egg Harbor.
